芦荟乳酸饮料的制备


The project was conducted in 2005 when I was in fith grade in primary school. The contest of Shanghai Future Science and Technology Star intrigued me so with the help of my parents, we took a try.

My father has a lab of fermentation, so he suggested the topic and guided me through the research. Although I did not understand the whole process of the research at that time, and some difficult calculation and operation are not done by myself, I learned a lot about research. The most important thing during this research is the foundation of my awe to the science. The illusive feeling about the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom has lain down in my young heart.
