I love books, but always find it too busy to read. That is not a good habit and having no time is often an excuse. So I often regard reading a precious period of time of internal peace and harmony. I feel in recent days, our attention span is so short. People like reading short messages and watching short videos, but never have patience focusing on one thing for a longer period of time. I always feel it beneficial for mental health allocating 1 hour or more, muting phone, finding a comfortable place, listening to quiet music and picking anything of interest to read.
